Service and contact
Publica IA helps organize content, prepare AI captions and plan brand posts. This policy covers the marketing website and application. For personal-data questions, contact soporte@publica-ia.com.
Data processed
Depending on the features used, data may include account name and email, company, brands, roles, editorial identity, instructions, captions, images, videos, drafts, scheduled dates and activity or error records. Social connections process account or page IDs and names, permissions and authorization credentials needed for enabled features. Do not give us your social network passwords.
Purposes
Data is used for access and permissions, company and brand separation, authorized account selection, content storage and review, requested caption suggestions, authorized scheduling, delivery status and support. Connecting an account does not itself instruct us to publish.
Social connections
You authorize connections and permissions on the relevant platform. Only selected assets and enabled brand features are used. Availability depends on the network, permissions and integration approval. Disconnect in the app or revoke access through the network settings. Revoking access is separate from deleting stored data.
Providers and recipients
Required data is processed by infrastructure, authentication, storage and caption-generation providers, including Supabase and OpenAI as applicable. Instructions, captions and images submitted for suggestions may be processed by the AI provider. Authorized publication content goes to the chosen network. Company members access data according to their permissions; support may need limited access to resolve issues. Providers may process data outside your country.
Retention and security
Content and records are kept as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, resolve issues or meet applicable obligations. No single automatic retention period is advertised for all content. Deletion may have justified exceptions for legal duties, security or backups, explained when the request is processed. Company and brand access controls are used; no service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
Request access, correction or deletion and ask about processing at soporte@publica-ia.com. We verify account ownership or authorized representation. See the data-deletion page for the procedure. Content already published on a network must also be managed on that platform.
Website and updates
The marketing website uses language links and resources hosted on this website. It does not install advertising trackers or store preferences in local storage. The application uses the session mechanisms required to function. See the Cookies and storage page. Updates to this policy are published with their revision date.
Grounds for processing
We process data necessary to provide the requested service, manage the customer relationship, meet legal obligations and protect service security. Consent or authorization required for a specific function is requested separately and may be withdrawn through the available channels. Visiting this website does not authorize publishing or personalized advertising.
Retention by purpose
Account data and content are retained while the service is provided and for as long as needed for pending requests or responsibilities. Technical records are retained for their security and diagnostic purposes. Connection credentials stop being used when access is revoked and are handled through the disconnection procedure. A deletion request must specify its scope; we will explain which data must be retained to meet applicable obligations and any backup limitations. We do not promise automatic draft deletion that the system has not yet implemented.
Rights and international processing
You may request information, access, correction, deletion or objection and exercise other rights under applicable law by emailing soporte@publica-ia.com. We verify identity proportionately without requesting passwords. Infrastructure and AI providers may process data outside Chile; applicable provider terms and safeguards must be considered.
